Digital files

Manage your organisation from one place

One of the main challenges faced by both public and private organisations during any digitisation process is the management of all documentation and information relating to all members of the organisation.

Having a digital file is not only a repository of files, but also allows, among other things, to have the information in an accessible and secure place, to automate technical-administrative processes or to have greater control over the information of each member of the organisation.

At Balidea we are specialists in the development of information management tools and a meeting point for professionals, including electronic file modules, which enable, among other things, the comprehensive management of organisations' selection processes: merits, professional experience, grading, etc.

Application of merit submission dossier

It is intended to cover the needs stipulated for the applicant or applicant representative profile. It will be available on the internet and the main modules include the submission of applications and the allocation of places.

Application for managing selective processes

This application aims to provide administrators and merit managers with the necessary tools for the correct management of selection processes, allowing them to manage the different phases of the process. It will be available on the intranet and has the following main modules: user management, categories, validation of files and allocation of posts.
