Balidea be part of the 'Together we can' develop the MAPFRE Foundation in the town of Lugo. This initiative in which companies also collaborate CLECE, CALFENSA, LACERA and promote URBASER 2015 along occupational training and job placement of 16 young people with mental illness the City of Lugo.

This program has the support and the support of the City of Lugo and the Federation of Associations of Families and Persons with Mental Illness Galicia (Galicia FEAFES).

Through training grants, people who are at risk of social exclusion and unemployed long term, will have the opportunity to work practices and gain experience in the various tasks that are specialized partner companies, receiving also support and necessary monitoring by specialized professionals FEAFES Galicia.

Carlos Segade, Director of Institutional Relations Balidea participated last March 30 at the signing of the agreement in which involved José Clemente Orozco López, Mayor of Lugo, Sonia Méndez, Councillor for Economy, Entrepreneurship and Self Lugo City Council Juan Pedro Burdiel, Regional Director of MAPFRE, Nuria Fernandez, Head of Training of FEAFES Galicia in Lugo and various representatives of the partner companies.
