Call Center DIGEREM (Ministerio de Defensa)

Information service and public attention away from the Directorate General of Military Recruitment and Education.

Service features include:

  • Give broad scope information related to the recruitment process (squares, requirements, military benefits, promotions, calls for the troops, reservists, officers and NCOs)
  • Assigning appointment applicants for entrance exams to Military army and navy and volunteer reservists.
  • Providing citizens with other phones / contact address information when the query is out the remit of the CCR.
  • Contact management, by telephone or through e-mail, sms and social networks
  • Provide corrective, preventive and developmental support and maintenance to existing systems in the RAC DIGEREM
