Citizen Information Service for the City Council 010

Balidea is responsible for the Citizen information service for the City of Lugo´s City Council, from which our staff mans the main information and municipal switchboards, as well as email and text messaging services, and resolves the citizenry's queries regarding municipal services, activities, official events and the different council department functions ongoing in the City of Lugo.

Balidea also handles Community Management in social networks for the Council: Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
