Balidea has been a beneficiary of the T3020D – Bonos Talento Empresa 2024-2025 call, co-funded by the European Union.

Bonos Talento Empresa are grants for companies to provide "micro-credentials": non-formal training of short duration, between 16 and 100 hours, for their employees, to finance investment in the training of their staff, with the aim of improving their performance and skills and thus increasing their competitiveness.

This aid, provided by the Consellería de Emprego, Comercio e Emigración de la Xunta de Galicia through its 'Agenda de Capacidades para el Empleo', is co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) programme.

The aim is to achieve 'a more social and inclusive Europe through the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights', so that the employed workers participating in the training projects of the beneficiary organisations improve their skills.

Leadership and Team Management Programme

As a result of this aid, a 48-hour training programme will be carried out for a team of 25 professionals, all of them with responsibilities in the direction and management of teams and projects in Balidea.

The training will be provided by the Galicia Businnes School, which will carry it out in person at Balidea's offices in Santiago de Compostela between 14 January and 16 March 2025.
