Requirements

  • Titulación mínima de Ciclo Superior de Formación Profesional o equivalente.
  • Conocimientos amplios de atención telefónica.
  • Habilidad para el trato con usuarios.
  • Conocimientos amplios de manejo de herramientas de gestión de incidencias.
  • Conocimientos ofimáticos a nivel usuarios avanzado.
  • 1 año de experiencia en puesto similar.
  • Idioma: GALLEGO.
